Latisse
Latisse was introduced a few years back. It is based off a medication which has been used to treat glaucoma in the past. Clinicians found that some of these patients were developing longer lashes as a side effect. Trials were conducted to see if the medication was applied in topical forms could it generate longer lashes without affected the pressure of the eye. It worked and Latisse was born.
Latisse is not indicated for the lower lashes. It will work, but there is a greater possibility of absorption with application in this area. Most patients find it takes about 12-16 weeks to fully work. Many patients are able to back off to every other day or every third day use after that to prevent the lashes from getting too long.
No physical examination is required for Latisse if you have no history of eye disease. Latisse can be purchased online from many site. One of the earliest and still largest sites led by a physician is www.latisse.bz
It is a wonderful product, that may indeed even go over the counter some day.
